Thanks for all of the replies....really.
I am sitting at DFW aorport waiting on a flight to Orange County.
I will post my food (mind went blan) when I land (after I call my wife...haha!!) :joy:
I feed every other day and also feed frozen shrimp along with the dry food about every 4 days.
I feel the same way about the food, etc....but I just cant see tha tI am overfeeding...although that could be.
I was looking at a refugium at Dallas Aquarium today (heading to the airport) and there is a SeaLife Systems 100 that I believe will fit under my Oceanic stand...I hvae a 90 gal bowfront. Everyon in the store thought the refugium would solve my problem......I believe it would help....no question.....but I agree with all of you that I have to be getting the phosphage from somewhere. I will re-test my Dallas North Aquarium water when I return home in a few days.
Also, the person that posted about converting my wet/dry...that is a thought as well.
Are refugiums really that much better than the sump? Not arguing...i can see how they would really work well.....just wondering why everyone doesnt go to the fuge rather than a sump if that is the case. But this might be a chevy vs. ford question too...hahaha!!!
It will take me a few hours to get to the West Coast....so I will post once I am in the hotel.
Thanks again everyone.
Oh yeah.......update on my phosphates. I tested before I left and I believe I am down to .5....which is not what I am striving for but it is better than 1 which was last week.
