clean tanks

ok i see all these very clean tanks how do u do it i cant keep mine like that if i spent 5 hours a day cleaning it

What kind of maintenence requires 5hrs a day? Besides my regular water changes all i do is clean the front glass with my mag-float every other day!

now dont get me wrong my tank is not a mess but its nothing like some ive seen i know my cleaning crew is not that big but how big should it be for a 120 i have a pair of clarke clowns two bubble tips one very large one small a strawberry basslet royal gramma two yellow damels u can have if you can catch them
my lights are well i dont know there name but there 32k output all together if that helps and i just have 4 back packs on and 2 protien skimmers 4 powerheads all a chocolatechip starfish that is about all i think but the only thing i have real problems with is growth on the sand and on my rocks a black algie grows

What kind of lighting do you have? How many watts?
