stock list for my 24 gal aquapod
I really don't want to get hermits because they kill all the snails, but I want to get 2 scarlets though.
12 astrea snails
cleaner shrimp
emerald crab
Also how much nassarias snails should I get.
What else do you guys think or change to keep my tank clean?

hI,
I have 12 astera, 10 small turbo's (dont get big ones they knock over EVERYTHING, I found out the hard way!) 2 pepperment shrimp and about 8-10 bllue leeg crabs. Seems to be doing the job for me so far. Post some pic's, can't wait to see you set-up!

The first time I started this aquapod I had 12 astrea snails, but they seem to only clean the glass.
Whats a good snail or invert that cleans the rocks most of the time really good?

turbos don't really do anything for me. I only see them behind the rocks on the glass.
What about any
bumble bee snails
cerith snails
nudi's

In my 50 gal I have 10 astrea snails and I keep the two sides and back covered with coralline algae and run a mag float two thee times a week to clean bio-film off front and sides. So they have no choice but to go to the rocks after the glass is clean…
In 50
10 astrea snails
6+ ceriths reproducing
5 nassarias snails
An amblygobius phalaena
A small scopes tang

Since when is the emerald crab not reef safe??? I have two of them in my reef, they never bother a thing except for the algae

I have had emerald crab mow through GSP It is mostly herbivorous but it will scavenge so keep an eye on it.

Emeralds can sometimes be a little iffy. As long as they have food to eat they "usually" leave corals alone. But there's an exception to every rule!
