CLean up crew-Triggers

Good Clean up crew for a bursa trigger,baby clown trigger,,maybe a tang...right now i have a 30 gallon until i get rid of my cichlids.my bursa i have is only 3 inches and clown trigger im gonna get is only about 1 1/2 inch[juve] everything else would be baby also..but whats a good clean up crew for the current 30 gallon?

oversize sump and skimmer. Turbo snails and thats it.

i have about 5 hermits and 1 mexican snail...planned on getting more hermits and some snails..because need hermits because i feed my trigger silver sliders..and they clean up what he does not eat

i feed silver slides everyother day and flakes daily...but bursa is ok with flakes..should i get some pellets or what else? and why u say hermits will be gone soon,,,trigger gonna eat them?
