clean up crew...

I set up my tank a week ago with 12lbs of LR. I added a turbo snail a few days back and he is doing fine. can I start to add a clean up crew?

Probably not, what are you doing to cycle the tank? It normally takes several weeks to cycle a tank.

yeah you are gonna go thru a cycle and your snail will be just a shell in a coupla days.
