Clean-up crew

I am getting an 80 bowfront soon and will be going back to sand. Since I have been advised not to vacuum the sand, what clean-up crew would you guys suggest? Thanks for the help. Oh, and it doesn't matter what fish I have, I just want to hear opinions as to who does the best job.

different clean up members do different things so diversity is key. start with a healthy pod and worm population. Add in some scarlet reef hermits, cerith snails, trouchas snails, stometella snails, and turbo's if you don't mind minature bulldozers in your tank. for the sand bed I like a couple fighting conch's and some nassarius snails.
BTW the fish in the tank do matter since if your talking about an agressive tank then all of the above will be "lunch" instead of a clean up crew.

I nkow they matter, but it never fails that people get off topic telling me about my fish instead of the clean up crew. Thanks for the help
