I am upgrading into a 210g tank.
I presently have a sailfin
powder brown
2 percs
6 chromis
and a coral beauty
variety of corals and two anemones
Can I add a cleaner shrimp and a coral banded
If not could I add several of each?

In a 210 I would think you'd be ok.

CBS's are pretty mean mine tries every day to catch the fish in my tank, I wouldn't do more than one.

Ya my friends just killed his potters wrasse. And he is always nipping at fins on all the fish. I wouldn't add one if I were you.

The coral banded shrimp is an opportunitstic feeder. You could put him in the tank and find he's grabbed something and killed it the next day. Or you could put one in and have him be fine forever.
Regardless, if the opportunity arises for him to grab something, he'll do it, and a cleaner shrimp makes an excellent meal (expensive too). The one thing cleaners can do is swim through the water column, which helps them make a getaway, but a CBS can ambush them.
So at your own risk, but honestly, if you want different shrimp, try peppermint or camelback shrimp with one or more cleaners.
