Cleaner Crew Question

I added 10 Red Leg Hermits and 10 Turbo Snails to my 30 gal today. They are the first inhabitants in the tank. Anyone have an opinion on if this is too much or too little? Any ideas for more additions to the cleaner crew? I was thinking 5-10 Nassarius (sp?) snails, and maybe a small starfish?
Oh yeah, I have 45 lbs LR and 40 lbs LS.

Well IMO I always do this, add 1 cleaner for however many gallons your tank is, so for example you have 30 gallons so add 30 cleaners

I always figure 1 snail per gallon of water and 1 hermit crab per two gallons of water
