How soon can I add snails, shrimp and crabs in a new reef tank? 75Gal. with 140lbs. of live rock and live sand from a tank already established.

Throw them in. Don't add anything else for awile though.

I like to acclimate my snails for a least 30 minutes to an hour before I put them in the tank. Add a little of your tank water to the bag they came in to get them used to the salinity and chemical difference. Do this in small increments.

I add them when the NEW TANK has cycled and alge is starting to grow....
