has anyone ever had any luck with keepin these fish with other large fish like a grouper, shark, puffer? my grouper still scrapes once in awhile, but the garlic did get rid of most of his skin flukes. he use to scrape alot before i started using the garlic.maybe it will just take some more time to cure it? just wonder about the cleaner wrasse cause i think they would eat it as soon as it hits the water? i don't feed them live fish so alittle less of a chance i guess. well if anyone has any ideas let me know thanks!!!

i would expect the little guy would be lunch, that is one problem with aggressive set ups,
also, the cleaner fishes are also succeptable to the same parasites, i think there are other larger fish which will eat parasites form fish, i 'll see if i can't find something(if no else replies first), later on when i have time

i can tell you that in the wild, cleaner wrasses will clean a larger fish... A fish that would normally like to eat it. The larger fish will even open it's mouth and the cleaner will go in an clean in there...of course that is in the wild....i can't tell you what would happen in an aquarium.
