Neon goby, but im afraid your trigger or lion might eat it because they are small.

It might be hit or miss, similar to my cleaner shrimp and Fire shrimp never clean ANYTHING! I think those fishes in the eels and grouper mouth might be CLEANER WRASSES and NOT neon gobies..

Neon gobies are good at keeping ick at bay...but once the tank has it, so will they get it. But doubtful you can have these in with your current residents, they will probably find them a tasty treat. Treat the fish with hyposalinity if fish only tank. Or remove the fish and treat in seperate tank. Please don't get a cleaner wrasse, rarely will they survive for any long period of time.

Identify WHY you have the ick, and deal with those problems. But otherwise, I agree....hypo in a QT tank.
Quite possible that the lion and trigger would eat a cleaner wrasse as well anyway.

the problem with hypo is i dont have a quartine and i have like 200 lbs of live rock in my tank and to catch the fish would suck the ick was interduced when i put my blue hippo in n the lfs told me to due not add anything just do a water change of 50 % since not a bad out break

What does he think the water change will do? Just wondering. I would absolutely recommend this if there was an obvious problem with water parameters causing stress. But otherwise, such a large water change may be both unecessary and a further stress on the tank as a whole.
Are all your parameters good? How old is your tank? What are you inhabitants? Is the tang eating? What do you feed it?
