Cleaner or Coral Banded Shrimp?

I'm about to order a reef package for my 100 gallon and am wavering between whether I should get one with a cleaner shrimp or a coral banded shrimp. Which is better?
I'm planning on having a fish only with live rock. My tank is established and fully cycled.

i have had both, with fish. never had any problems with the CBs. just keep them well fed.

i just grabbed a really sweet molt out of the tank from my coral banded.. i hope it dries out nicely! they are beautiful. but some people have problems with em.. not me though.. YET

I'd go with both of them. Coral is very cool, nice coloring, and he gets big too. But you got to go with the cleaner also, he does a good job on the fihsies.

I wasn't sure it was safe to have both in one tank?
If not, go with the cleaner. Or two cleaners, if you want more then one...they will reproduce, and nothing is more delicious to fish than baby shrimp.

I have heard LOTS of stories about CBS killing other shrimp.
