Cleaner Shrimp And Black Spots

My Cleaner has black spots on him in a few places. Is this from fighing my Coral Banded or fish maybe? I don't know where there from or why.

Probably just fungus or bacteria on an old skin. If it doesn't molt in a couple weeks then post a picture.
