You're lucky that your cleaner shrimp wants to clean, I have two and they have never tried to clean my fish.

My clown won't go near my cleaner shrimps. The anthia, blue regal and domino damsels love them. I had two die on me about a month ago and I added two more about a week ago. When I put them in, the fish went crazy never giviing the shrimps a break. I swore I heard one of the shrimps say "would you please back off!". Now the shrimps seem acclimated and go after the fish.

I am going to have coral and more fish in my 75 gallon. Right now i have about 100 lbs. of live rock and a blue devil. There is alot of brown algae. Is it ok to have a cleaner shrimp in my tank right now?

I know cleaners are sensitive to nitrates and medications. They need proper iodine levels for proper molting but if you do frequent water changes you will be fine. If you want the cleaner to just clean the brown algae, I would get something else like some good snails. I don't think the cleaner shrimp will do a great job on the brown stuff.

MY cleaner shrimp and Bartlett Anthias love each other. The Anthias will lay on a rock and here comes the cleaner shrimp, pretty neat thing.
