cleaner shrimp and lunare wrasse

I might be crazy, but I am thinking that a lunare wrasse and a cleaner shrimp may work in the same tank. I have a 180 that seems to always have ich, so I thought that a cleaner shrimp along with my 80 watt UV, and garlic would help kick this ich. Please let me know that if this is a good idea, or if I just have euphoric ideas.

always has ick? hmm do you ntine and also i would treat all the fish and clean out all filters with hot watter if you invested alot in what you already have than done replace your bioload but the ick fungus is prob in the rock and sand and bioload
