cleaner shrimp eggs?!?! open brain question

Im sorry but i dont have a camera, but my cleaner shrimp has these little white balls/ looks like the white sand under those little flaps*those things under the tail but not the fin looking thing* could these be eggs? it releases them from time to time....
i saw a really nice open brain today and was wondering if i could be able to get it? what would i need for the brain, how long do they generally last and how difficult is it to raise?

it sounds like your shrimp had eggs and im not sure about the brain coral i got one when my lfs told me there went that hard to take care of and it would live under my lights and it did for 3 months but it has been dieing the the last month only 1/4 of it left
