Cleaner Shrimp going to town!

Ok, so I know cleaner shrimp like to clean... but is it normal for the fish to sit there and take it?
My LM Blenny seems very complacent with the shrimp doing this to him... he'll just sit in one spot and let the shrimp work... I've seen him almost turn him over and work on him too.. and he just chills while the shrimp does it! He even cleans out the inside of his gills.. it's kinda weird looking (the blenny isn't *as* fond of him getting inside of his gills)
Is this normal activity? With the death of my clown this last weekend I'm trying to make sure I'm paying attention to details.
A couple of random questions also -
1.) How fast do blennies normally breath?
2.) What would cause a fish to run into stuff (the glass, rocks, etc) like he can't see? My clownfish was doing that a lot the day he died... was just curious if this is a warning sign.
Thanks guys!

As far as the shrimp thing yes it is very normal. He will clean off diseases like ick and algae that grows in the tank. As far as the other two questions I have no idea.

yes the cleaner shrimp very well could be saving your fishes life. he will only eat off the fish if there is something to eat.. which tells me there is plenty to eat (not that good) plus most of the time when a fish is darting in the tank, and hitting things is because he is sick and has a parasite on him he is trying to shake loose or scrape of on the rocks... also not good. i would moniter close there behavior, you might think of a quarenteen tank with some meds in it ... im sure those same stran of parcites is what you cleaner is eating and who killed your clown. happy reefing

no you cant test... but over time you can tell when your fish arent happy, check with your shop cause they no your tank better, probly a copper base med..... your best bet is in the quarinteen tank, so you wont kill any inverts and get the copper in your main tank. hope this helps.
