Cleaner Shrimp?

Has anyone ever tried to keep one of these with aggressive fish (usual shrimp munchers)? Would the symbiotic tendency override the desire for a snack?

It's been done, but it can depend on the individual fish. In many cases, it's more a matter of when as opposed to if the shrimp will get eaten. Personally, I wouldn't risk it. Expensive snack.
