I have a cleaner shimp that I have had for about a month it had its first
shed and then it got block spots on it. Can you tell me what is going on
it doesn't act sick. I took a picture of it but the camera is an old one and
that as good as I can get it.

It looks like it is just his organs or something. Is it possible that he/she ate some of your fish food just before the picture? How long have the spots been there and how long ago did the shrimp molt?

The cleaner shrimp molted about 6 days ago and its didn't look like that
before his molt. Should I be worried?

See you moved the thread
Unless there's some more spots that I'm not seeing, those in the middle of his body look like his organs, as stated. Cleaner shrimp has very clear bodies so you can see right thru them.

With his old shell, just prior to molting, he was technically wearing two layers, so maybe it just wasn't as visible.

That is nothing to worry about. When he molts again the dark areas will be gone. It happens from time to time.
