cleaner shrimp?

I was reading on this sight that the cleaner shrimp will actualy clean ick

off of your fish. Is this true? I was thinking about getting one. Just incase My fox face had ick then it was gone. I figured the fish beat it

. If I was to get one what else do they eat or will clean up? I am batteling cyano bacreria.

At best the cleaner shrimp may eat/clean some off -- but not solve your problems.

A cleaner shrimp should set up a celaning station and clean parasites of off most fosh, but it will not solve your ick problems. It will help the problem bit not solve it.
A cleaner shrimp will not help with Cyano. YOu might want to inccrease your flow and do some h20 chanes for the cyano problem
