My cleaner shrimp has black spots on him? Any ideas to what it is. The shrimp itself is acting normal. I did not see any remains from molting in a few weeks. I wonder if they'll come off then...

Wait for the next molt. If the spots come off it's probably just some accumulated debris. If it doesn't come off it could be a parasite and there's nothing you can do about it. Some aprasites are fatal and some are benign. I'll hope for the benign for you
