I'm now in the process of setting up a QT, I used the water from my tank, but I am watching to make sure the water levels are going to stay consistent the last thing i want to do is put him in the hospital and kill him. (my coral beauty who has ick)
I was wondering now, I have two shrimp in my tank and they seem to be eating the ick off of the angel, but not enough of it. It's still visible, would more shrimp help this? will the shrimp take care of the ick on its own??
I did a 25% water change yesterday.
I checked my water levels today and everything is the same as always ( no problems ) i have to start a little journal or something to keep track of this i think. anyways.. so the water levels shouldn't be causing too much stess, theres no aggression in the tank aside from my bully maroon clown who won't let anyone near his anenome.
none of the other fish are showing signs of ick, so when the QT is ready should i only put my coral beauty in the QT? or all my fish??
sorry for all the questions just new to the disease thing and worried about losing one or all of my fish. tks
