Cleaning Crew Questions

Ok I have two questions. First, which would be better for shifting my sand, a fighting conch or a group of ceriths? And second, how can I make my powerheads safe for a lettuce nudibranch? Thanks

our fighting conch doesnt burrow down much, a cm or so at most and you can only have one per 30g or so. but they are pretty awesome looking so get both hahah.
