cleaning crew??

i need suggestions on a good cleaning crew. tell me what you would have in the ultimate cleaning crew

Hermit Crabs (Scarlet or blue leg)
Emerald Crabs [bubble and hair algae]
Cleaner Shrimp [makes sure everything is copastetic on your fish/inverts]
Peppermint Shrimp [Aipstasia, also fallen foods... etc]
Turbo Snails [diatom algae]

what can also do the job of a cleaner shrimp, because i read somewhere that cleaner shrimp learn not to clean anymore when they get used to you feeding them so they dont have to scavenge for their food.:jumping:
