I had an aiptasia and I killed it but there are still a few little ones on my LR. Can I take the LR out and blast it with a pressure washer to get rid of them or it that a bad idea?

if you use anything but saltwater on the rock, you will kill everything on the rock, making it worthless. the rock will then leach the death into the tank forever. the rock would have to be replaced. adding peppermint shrimp would be a better idea.

I scrub all the ones that I can find. I would get peppermint shrimp but my fish will eat them. They love shrimp.

i got a fullproof plan for ya. do hyposalinity on the liverock. it won't kill the bacteria, but may kill a few copepods. best part is aiptasia is a kind of anemone which are really sensitive to salinity changes and if you do a drastic salinity change from 1.020 to 1.010 in a second, they will implode. worked like a charm for me, but just to be on the safe side i kept it in the lower salinity for a little while longer(over night). oh and i did it in a seperate container with an airstone.

buy some new rock and make sure the old live rock is touching the new live rock which will seed the old live rock into becoming live again
