Ok, one question
How do you guys suck the water out of your tank for your cleaning?(water changing)
Can you use plain airline tubbing?

If you're talking about a water change yes you can use that tubeing.

Airline tubing won't move much water very fast. Go to your home improvement store. In the plumbing section they have larger sizes of clear, flexible tubing.

I use the 'Python no spill clean and fill'. Works great

They might sell it on this site.

I use a regular old gravel cleaner for my tank. Havent had any problems with it.

why can't you just get a gallon bottle and take out a few gallons (5 for my 46 gal). then siphon the new water into the tank... That's what i've been doing, is that bad?? I don't see how the fish losing a few gallons is going to hurt them.

I actually use a gravel/ CC cleaner to remove so I can clean the LS also, and a mag 12 to replace.

I use the gravel vac from my FW tank and I mix up 5g buckets of water and just dump it in.... Nothing fancy at all for me.
