cleanup crew first?

my 55 has been cycling for about 2 weeks now.
I was wondering should I put a cleanup crew in there first once its cycled or some fish?
Also, what would u guys suggest for a clean up crew to start out with?

I don't know what the cereal box rules are, but IMO, a freshly cycled tank does not have what it takes to support a crew.
If you add fish, get crabs (hermits are great, 1 sallylight legs is good)to clean up after them. We tend to feed new fish more than we should to draw them out, so you need scavengers. 5 hermits to start, if you go with them.
Snails, yes, some will make it, some won't. In a fresh 55, I'd say 5 is good.
You will need to increase your crew every 6 months or so.
Also, get some empty shells for folks to grow into.

Everyone has told me to add a cleaner crew after the cycle is over. This is what I'm planning on doing. I plan on getting some hermits, snails, & conchs.
