cleanup crew ???

my level are low but my nirate is a lil high and i want to get a cleanup cre cuz i have alot of alge in my tank is it alright to get it now are should i wait for all the level to be at 0

If your ammonia, nitrite are 0 and your nitrate is 20 or lower then its ok to add a crew. Have you done a water change after your cycle finished?
