Cleanup Crew

I have a 30 gallon tank and would like to figure out my species list. I'm having trouble figuring out my cleanup drew. I will probably be using around a 3" DSB of LS and around 60lbs of LR (let me know if these are bad choices). I'm going to have a pair of clowns, a Royal Gramma and a Firefish.... but I've heard these are quite fiesty...
I've been reccomended to have around 3 Scarlet Hermits, a couple snails and maybe 2 cleaner fire shrimp.... I still need to know if this would be a sufficient cleanup crew (Biological Filtration).

Is it possible to have some type of sea star in there? I was reccomended a serpent star, but haven't heard anything else about those...
