clear bubble on sand??

I have clear bubbles all over my sand and rocks. anyone know what this is?

Is this a new tank? Are your pumps or filters introducing a lot of air bubbles? Are you using a deep sand bed?

If it's a new tank, you'll have that and they'll clear up. Otherwise slime algae will cause a lot of bubbles to form (it produces oxegen).
