clear water

my biocube 14 gal has been up for 6 months and its water has never been like cristal clear. wat can i do to fix that, can it be the way the power head is positined

i mean its not dirty, its just like little bubbles i guess

So the bubbles are making it look cloudy? runnin a skimmer on it? pump maybe not right... Not enough water in the last chamber?

no no it dosent make it look cloudy, it makes it look like little pices of debrey floating around the tank. no, no skimer wats that for i never under stood that

circular motion in a tank helps clear things up. clean your glass, and do 10 percent weekly water changes

yea i havin the same problem with a bio cube i cant figure out what to do the little bubbles come out alot at one time and then just a few all the time it almost looks like sand or somthing rushing out

i bet the micro bubbles are from the pump. my .02

Id check your return pump and hose on the return. Might have an air leak. Or bad pump. Is the water following thru it correctly? (Smooth) not slow fill then flush like?
