Clingfish

I was thinking about adding one to my 55g Soft Reef. Are they slow-moving or will they be ok with Clowns, Damsels, Gobys, Blennys, Shrimp, Snails, Hermits, Stars, Corals? Would they be able to catch their food?

I just wanted to know if they were ok, like if they were like Seahorses or not. Because, if they are like Seahorses than I can't have. Bassically is it slow moving like a Seahorse?
