I am getting closer to finishing design 130 gal reef with fish. plane on using sequence barracuda rated-3780 @4 ft head. I think total pump cap. is 4000 gph. it has inch and one half suction and exit. I would like to run 1-1/2 out of pump to a 1-1/2 wye through two 1-1/2 bulkheads at bottom of tank. come up 8 inches to a wye, a 45 degree outlet, then up to 16 inches with a 45 degree outlet. tottal of four outlets. I thought about makeing my own penductors by heating pvc and collapsing the tubing into a fan shape? or should i reduce tubbing size to smaller diameter once inside the tank? or before entering tank? any suggestions are welcome please. thank you. estimated flow 2925 gph [movement].also will inch and one half drain [suction] out of tank be big enough? thanks again.

That pump @ 0 head is 4800gph.....Your head pressure is non existent basically on with a CL, and you'll see more than your 2925 gph......

thank you acrylic 51, then you think I will be fine with inch and a half tubing throughout the systym. I will also have about 1000 gal an hour from the sump/fuge. for 135 gal tank.I guess that would be about 42 times turnover/movement. for hard and soft corals, does that sound about right? thanks again.
