Closed Loop

Ok here is the question. I have 110 Show (so its tall not long) reef tank. I am wanting to put a closed loop with a t4 (already have that coming). I am going to wait till the SWCD 1" comes out in January. But i am wondering where i should put the returns in the tank. Im not sure if i should have a spray bar? or maybe just have it come out to a T or what any ideas or does some on have a web site that has some of those thoguhts of where to add more water movement. nah...she moved up to fort worth about a year ago. I didnt know if you had children..se might have known one of them.
