Cloudy 90g tank

I have low calcium and have been dosing the tank with liquid calcium 2Xs a week to bring it up. Well this morning I noticed I had some purple up..not enough to dose the tank proper but a little maybe a cap and a half full. I shook the bottle and poured the remainder of the bottle into my sump. My tank is now very cloudy. The purple up was old (over a year) and in the very bottom of the bottle I noticed a hard chunk of whatever was in the bottle not disolved.
The fish and inverts seem fine, I can't take a picture because my camera battery is too low AAGG I hate when that happens. It is already trying to clear up as I type this out. Anyone ever have purple up cloud a tank before?

I only used a teeny bit once. It was not enough to cloud my tank.
This was not a new bottle of it. It was old and only had a bit left in it. I had used it a long time ago and it never clouded the tank, I think its the gunk on the bottom that caused the problem...BIG SIGH, I think I will do a water change a little early. I just did one last week on the 90g. I had hopes of doing the SH tank on one week and the 90g the next to ease the work load.
The 90g has been neglected, it had high nitrates from not doing WCs (I thought I had to break it down) and so didn't take care of it. My friend gave me plenty of salt for water changes so I could keep it, so I was going to do bi-weekly changes to get the NO3 under control and the water quality back up to snuff.

its probably because of a greater concentration at the bottom of the bottle. it probably just raised your calcium and swung your dkh a bit, but you should be fine. consider seperate two parts in the future for dosing though. its much much cheaper

I think you will be fine and by now it has likely cleared up, I would test alk and calcium just to see where you are now...

I was do so, but then noticed the purple up and decided stupidly to use that up to get it off the shelf.

It has indeed cleared up...Thanks for the advice, I will go check both right now. I have my RO water ready for some new salt mix to do a change...I will post results.
