Cloudy QT w/ order on the way......what do i do????

I ordered some fish from this site a couple days ago but i told them i want to get them on friday. Just yesterday i noticed that my QT was a little cloudy........i tested the water and everything was normal. I did a water change and changed the filter also. It isn't cloudy from sand or anything cuz i don't have sand in it.......Any suggestions would be most helpful....will the cloudiness hurt my new fish when i put them in? I would like to get this taken care of by friday. Thanks!!!

If your parameters are definitely good then there isn't too much to worry about. If you run a little carbon it should clear it up, but if you have chemicals/medicine in the QT tank in preperation for the fish then you will have to re-add them after running the carbon.

ok thanks........i am running a carbon filter, it seems to have cleared up a little. hopefully it will be gone by friday. Thanks for the info.
