Cloudy Water AGAIN!!!!

i added southdown sand to my tank and the water got very cloudy, i waited 3 days as instructed and it got clear, but today i added some live rock and the water got real cloudy again. Will the water get cloudy everytime i touch the sand? or will the sand sorta get heavy once bacteria is established?

I didn't use the southdown, but just the ls that you buy at the lfs. It gets a little cloudy everytime I move something that might disturb the sand a little but clears up very shortly. Don't know if that helped.
