Cloudy water in new tank

hey guys i just set up my 6gallon jbj nano cube, for the first day of running it with SW it was crystal clear, now it is very cloudy? There is nothing in the tank except the sponge and activated carbon it came with. i was thinking it might be a lot of little air bubbles.
any help would be much appreciated
