Cloudy water

i have a 29 gallon tank the tank has cycled and is doing great. all the levels are at ideal. The problem is the water is yellowish and is very cloudy. Any ideas on how to clear it up? i have done a part. water change but that did not help. i have a protein skimmer and a Cascade 700 system on it and it is for up to i think 100 gallons. So if anyone has any ideas on how to clear my water up please let me know . :help:

my nitrates are at 20,nitrites are at 0,ph is between 8.0-8.4, the salinity is at 30, the specific gravity is 1.022, alkalinity is 160-170

After mine cycled it got very cloudy too, couldn't hardly see anything in it. It had been clear during the cycle, just turned cloudy afterward. It lasted about a week and a half. I put cheato in my sump and in 2 days it was extremely clear.
