Cloudy water

I have had my tank for over 3 years and then all of a sudden I end up with a whitish/grayish cloudy color in my tank. I have had my water tested over and over and all readings are great. I have a 75 gal fowlr. I have one lionfish, one pygmy and 2 percs. So I no that I am not over stocked. I also have changed my lights about two months ago. My water has been cloudy for about 3 months. Any help?

Nitrate--0
PH---8.3
Nitrite---0
Ammonia---0.25
I run a wet/dry system with carbon and a protein skimmer.
I have my lights on for 6 -8 hours a day. I use the same ro system for both of my tanks and this is the only one that is cloudy.
Let me know if you need more info.

0.25 ammonia is not a good reading for a cycled tank. Based on the ammonia, something probably died or you overfed. The cloud is bacteria bloom in the water. Your protein skimmer will pull all that out soon.
