what, in your opinion, is a pg13 horror movie that didn't suck?

Ok so I just saw cloverfield. I LOVED IT!! The camera perspective really makes you think. The monster is so cool. Not telling you where it comes from or anything, but just a heads up....pay attention to the ocean in the final scene of Coney Island.

Let's see, off the top of my head I'd say...The Ring, The Others, The Messengers, War of the Worlds, 1408. They were still suspenseful(scary) and pretty good movies, IMO

I thought it pretty awesome, probably the best movie i've seen in 2007/08 so far.I was pretty skeptical coming into it, but it was well worth the money I spent. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. You feel like you're actually there and the characters are your friends. Overall all you almost wish there was more to it, but despite this I'm actually tempted to go back and see it again, and that is rare for me.

my daughter said.....godzilla meets blair witch meet War of the worlds.
She said it was "Good". (as a Mom......I have heard FANTASTIC from her in the past....so I know she could think it was much better than OK "

I went and checked, I was surprised to see The Ring and 1408 were rated pg13 as they are both fairly graphic, I would've thought they were both Rated R. they were both pretty good. I thought The Others and War of the Worlds pretty much sucked. never saw The Messengers.

I saw it on saturday. Even though some people didnt like it, I liked it. I wasnt expecting as much as it gave out. I was happy with it, the ending kind of dissappointed me but I knew it was coming.
I suggest people see it in theaters, unless you have a home theater wit a real big screen n surround sound or a projector. I think it was good because of the images you saw. You could really feel them, it was chilling because it all looked so real. The movie theater sized screen and sound really intensifies it making it more intense.

We nixed our plans to go see it. I've read a bunch of reviews about it and about 90% of people say it sux and it's a waste of money plus it's only 84 mins long. What's up with that? Another reason is cuz one of my friends that was gonna go is like 7.5 months pregnant and we didn't want her to puke, lol.

If you are going to see cloverfield you HAVE to see it in the theater. It was a pretty good movie. I think personally that the main point of the movie was to give a viewpoint of what it would be like to be under attack from something you know nothing about. Unexpected and unprovoked, and how people react to it....(9-11). BUT thats just me. Great movie, ok ending. See it in theaters.

it was horrible. the first half of the movie was interviewing people, that were horrible actors, then the monster shows up and kills people, and everyone dies.
