If I was to buy a clown that is all ready hosting a anemone from my lfs and I buy the clown and bta he is hosting what are chances he would not host that bta in my tank I don't wanna buy both to have clown leave the bta.

The Anemone will almost certainly host the Clownfish once you get them home. Unfortunately, the odds of an Anemone surviving a year in the tank of a new hobbiest is less than 1%.

Really? I think I beat the odds. Now, I have a question for you, what would you say is the average life span of an anemone in the home aquarium?

After they live a year in captivity or the real average? They are basically immortal so they should live as long as they have a decent environment. I don't have a feel for what you ask, sorry. I think the answer would probably depress me anyway.

Poor anemones. They have become one of my favorite things to care for.
