Hey everybody, I would love to have these two beautys but I haven't been able to gather much info on them. I'd like some info on hardiness, aggressiveness, reef compatibility, invert compatibilty, and so on. I have a 210 gallon to put them in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, MATT

nothing special to tell about chevrons. treat them like any tang. Lots of liverock to pic at. coral and invert safe, hardy, not particularly aggressive. Clown tangs have poor survival rates and are known to be susceptable to HLLE. STRONG water movement and oxgen rich water are essential. coral and invert safe. aggressive and if you plan on having any more tangs it should be the last one added (unless the other one is a sohal which the two probably shouldn't be added to the same tank). fish is simular to the sohal tang. main differences are color and they come from different areas of the sea.

Yeah I've already got the Sohal. She's the most passive Sohal I've ever seen too. Thanks for the help. Anybody else have an opinion on Chevrons? Any buddy have personal experience with one?

My friend had a chevron. He paid $80 for it and lost it to an ich outbreak. It was a 55-gallon tank though so it probably wouldn't have survived anyway. It was a GORGEOUS fish, though. I think they're my favorite tangs.
