Hi there. My Eclipse 12 has a 5000k,13 watt bulb. This will not support an anemone.
Without going into detail, metal halide lighting is recommended.Hope this helps.

Sorry but my opinion is that 12 gallons is way to small for any anemone, also I agree that with them being photosynthetic animals that there is no way that your regular lighting will support one. It takes at least PC or VHO lighting for the so called hardier anemones to even survive.
Adding that much live rock at once could also cause an ammonia spike, depending on the condition of the rock and if it is fully cycled or not.

White sebae anemones are unhealthy, the white means its bleaching and has lost its zooxanthellae, also sebae's as a general rule demand Metal halide lighting. This has been proved many times.

No on ANY anemone.
Fine if you want a ocellaris clown or percula clown fish.

but make sure you dont get teh fish and the rock at the same time. your tank needs to cycle before u put any fish in.

My suggestion is this. Add a fish or two only after your tank has fully cycled. After it's cycled then do a water change and wait one week. Check to see if there is any ammonia or nitrites, you want the nitrates low if any. Then you can add a fish.
Personally I like the Ocellaris or Percula clown fish, and those would fit nicely in that size tank.
