Clown fish attacking other clown fish

I have three clown fish. Currently the 2 are attacking the third. They have been in the tank together for a year. Now they are attacking him.

It's not uncommon. They pair up as they become sexually mature (one transforms into a larger female) and then they'll establish their territory as a couple and go after the other(s).

I read somewhere that they sometimes have "skirmishes" to determine the ---...but that is usually when you have 2 similarly sized clownfish introduced in a tank. Just a thought :p

Should I get rid of the third? Are they going to killhim?
Yes, get rid of it. It will only get worse and they are able to kill each other. I know that's not what you want to hear, but a mated pair can get wicked.
