We have two Clown fish that we bought on Friday. Today i notice they don't look health. The have patches of white on them. (Fungus looking) I know what ick looks like and it doesn't look like that. There breathing really fast. Not eating. Swimming funny. Side ways, laying on the bottom. hard time swiming to the top. Please help and let me know what you think might be wrong withour clow fish.
Some told me it might be Brooklynella Hostilis. Does anyone know what this really is?

It sounds like Brooklynella (assuming all your tank readings are okay). There is a picture of Brooklynella in the Basic FAQ sticky at the top of this forum. Do your fish look like that? This disease is very common among clownfish (some people call it clownfish disease).
If it is Brooklynella, the preferred treatment is formalin baths (which are also outlined in the FAQ.

They both died yesterday. We didn't notice any since until yesterday. It must have been to late when I started the medication.

Take a look at the twin clown pic in the FAQ Thread that demonstrates brooklynella.
If this is what your fish had, you need to keep a close eye on your other fish and be ready to treat them at the first sign of symptoms. The treatment is formalin and the procedure is outlined in the FAQ Thread.

Did you look at the pic in the FAQ thread???...we are still trying to determine the cause of illness and death of the first fish.
