Don't panic, this condition isn't nearly as bad as it looks.Usually, when its just one eye, it's probably due to an injury and will clear up. An antibiotic, like Melafix or Maracyn II, should help. I'd re-post this in the disease section; there are some real fish health experts that hang out there. Also, search this site for "pop-eye". There was a recent post & pic of a harlequin tusk with a bad 'pop-eye'; it cleared up within a few days. BTW, a pic would help.

I don't know; read the antibiotic label and see what they say about inverts...I really would post this in the disease section; I really think you'll get more help.

Why is the anemone in a hospital tank? When you say the anemone is not doing well, what are you seeing?
I would not dose an antibiotic with an invert. Most of them disrupt the biological filtration and this would just further compromise the anemone.

Both melafix & Maracyn II should are safe with the biological filter (IME, and according to a source I trust). Maracyn II also claims to be invert safe. If you have 2 clowns and an a anemone in QT; I believe you have more problems than just the popeye. It is very difficult to help with so little info. I'd suggest you post all water params, all symptoms, all tank residents, and anything else that may help. When you just say "swollen-eye"; I feel qualified to give an opinion, with the other problems, I don't feel so confident.
