Clown fish probs

Quick question, I've had a saltwater tank before but it's been a while since I've had any problems. I am on my second clown fish and they seem to really not like my tank...everything else seems to have no prob at all, fish, inverts and corals. They just tend to flutter at the top of the tank and not eat....any advice or pointers?

Yes, for several hours. I have several other fish, all acclimated the same way (drip method) and a couple at the same time. The clown fish is the only one who weems to have a prob and my last one died. I've had them in the past, but just re-set up my tank probably 6mo ago so I thought I would see if maybe I was overlooking something. This one does seem to be doing a little better, but still doesn't seem to have desire to go much more than 2 inches below the surface and neither did the last one. I just honestly don't recall this behavior from previous experience....am I just being a baby or do you think there is an issue I'm over looking??? Be honest!!
Also, I have done water tests and the results say no probs there.

My oldest clown did that before he died. The other clown stopped eating after that.
I have other clowns. Two that "host" the heater and two tomatoes that have there own area in the rear of the tank in my office.

he still hangs out at the very top of the tank. He seems to be doing better. he just has a few areas he seems to like hanging out in and just swims between them. He has been eating some...not quite as much or aggressively as my other fish, but he is eating. What do you mean about the net???
