I've got a clownfish that won't eat anything! I think it's becuase he mis identifies them as not being edible... He would only eat brine shrimp for a while after getting ahold of some bad flakes, now, about two monthjs later, will not eat shrimp either. I think he got ahold of some shrimp that tasted bad.
Should I just chop off his head now, because he won't east anything I put in there.

I hope chopping off his head was a joke! Your fish is obviously not happy - it is not because he once tasted food he did not like. Try to find out what is wrong with the tank, or if it's not the tank then offer a wide variety of foods until you find something he likes - his wellbeing is your responsibility.

He's been in several tanks though... Never except when I very first got him has he ever eaten flake food...
Can I try chopping up cocktail shrimp very fine (The human consumption kind) and feeding that to him? Could I do the same and feed him chicken? Other types of human-consumption fish?
I wasn't really joking about the headchop... I'm just worried about it. I really don't want to lose this one...

Your fish might not be feeling well, I had a percula that stoppped eating and waas going to die, but I went to the pet store and picked up some medicine that was for all kinds of stuff, like fin rot, but it also said for lost weight and non-eating fish, so I put that in the tank and he made a full recovery and after a couple more days was eating anything I put in the tank. Hope everything works out!
