What kind of clowns? How big? I think usually if you get 2 older ones, one usually has to be bigger than the other to establish the alpha-female in the tank. I just got 2 juvi clarkiis, about one inch big and they try and get after one another from time to time. Good luck to you though, hope nothing bad happens

If you put in a decorative kitchen with sink and oven in your tank, the female will leave the male alone!

I have two percula clown fish one is about 2 inches and the other is about an inch and a half. the little one gets bullyed by the clown and the yellow tang.

Depending on the size of the tang , a 55 is too small and the tang is trying to defend the small living space he has . The very minimum for a juvenile yellow tang is a 75 gallon .
